Appearance
Organization Chart
This guide covers the visual chart of who reports to whom.
Purpose
This answers: "How is the company actually structured, top to bottom?"
The Chart
The system builds the chart automatically from one field: each employee's reporting manager (set on their work information). Starting from the top of the company, it draws each manager with their direct reports nested underneath, all the way down the chain — no separate diagram to draw or maintain by hand.
Only active employees appear. In a multi-company setup, the chart reflects whichever company is currently selected.

This screen is open to every logged-in employee — there's no permission gate on viewing it.
How Visibility Is Decided
- Login only. Anyone signed in can open the chart — there's no additional permission required.
- Company. The chart is scoped to whichever company is currently selected.
Good to Know
- The chart is a read-out, not an editable diagram. To change it, update the relevant employees' reporting manager field on their work information — the chart redraws itself from that.
- This is the same reporting-manager field that drives access across the rest of the system. Keeping it accurate here also keeps manager-based visibility accurate in Attendance, Leave, Payroll, and more.
Who reports to whom, always current.
